Scarlet Mask Vigilance Committee,  shoots on the fourth Saturday of the month on the Thunder Creek Long Rifle shooting range that has been in existence since the early 1970’s. The range boasts two shooting areas, a lower range that has modern camping (no RV hookups) for modern tents or campers, and an upper range for primitive camping and long range rifle shooting. A safety meeting will be held at 9:00am with shooting to start promptly at 9:30am. Lunch and soft drinks will be provided. To get to the range take Indiana Hwy 37 from Indianapolis south to Martinsville Indiana. Go to the fourth stop light which is Mahalasville road. Turn left (if coming from the north) Go approximately six miles to Bear Wallow road, turn right, go approximately 2.2 miles. Range is on left hand side of road and is marked. Don't be too apprehensive about the steep hills, the area we will use is flat and easy walking. Scarlet Mask Vigilance Committee,  shoots on the fourth Saturday of the month on the Thunder Creek Long Rifle shooting range that has been in existence since the early 1970’s. The range boasts two shooting areas, a lower range that has modern camping (no RV hookups) for modern tents or campers, and an upper range for primitive camping and long range rifle shooting. A safety meeting will be held at 9:00am with shooting to start promptly at 9:30am. Lunch and soft drinks will be provided. To get to the range take Indiana Hwy 37 from Indianapolis south to Martinsville Indiana. Go to the fourth stop light which is Mahalasville road. Turn left (if coming from the north) Go approximately six miles to Bear Wallow road, turn right, go approximately 2.2 miles. Range is on left hand side of road and is marked. Don't be too apprehensive about the steep hills, the area we will use is flat and easy walking.
