Minutes of the June 17th 2006  Congress Meeting at McKee, Kentucky 

 

The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Marshal Scott for

The purpose of electing a Senator to replace Angie Kroemer for the remainder

of her term.. The three nominees who were running for the Senate seat were

Joe Parrino, Bob Chenault, and Bob Dorian”

 

Present: Territorial Senators- Rob Brannon, John Covert, George Glenn,

John Irons, Dave Scott, John Torrence, George Warnick, and Dave

Williams. Territorial Representatives- Jack Bursovsky, Robert Chenault,

Steve Coop, Pete Ersland, Rob Fulcher, and Mike Tatham

 

Present by Proxy: Territorial Senators- James Boeke, Herb Gindulis,

Duane Hartwig, and Tracy Thorpe Territorial Representatives- Dennis

Alvestad(Fort Des Moines Rangers),Tom Burman(Palmer Creek Vigilance

Committee),George Carr(Defiance Justice Society),Danny Ellison( Hat

Creek Regulators) Thomas Spanton( Wisconsin Old West Shootists)

 Karen Weber( Cedar Valley Regulators)  Proxy received late due to slow

Mail for Dave Howrey(Wood River Horse Thieves)

 

Absent: Senators- Chad Carpenter, Cindy Rollins Territorial Representatives

Steve Caldwell( The Border Regulators) Ray Garnatz( The Western Iowa

Border Agents) Norm Rollins( Nebraska Territorial Rangers)

 

After the Roll Call, ballots were handed out, marked and then counted.

And Robert Chenault  was declared the winner.

 

Meeting was adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
